2. Record keeping

Booking forms must be completed and submitted to me prior to your dogs stay, also an updated record showing your dogs latest vaccination records which has been obtained from your vets. A consent form will also be required to be filled out and signed. These will be available to be inspected by Plymouth City Council animal licencing authorities if they require to see them. The booking forms will also include all details relevant to your dog, including flee and worming treatment dates given, details of treatment, your dog’s micro-chip details, plus lots of other information. Any records that I hold with regards to your dog, can be obtained at your request and will be emailed to you.
