15.Fire and Escape Plan

My establishment has several smoke / heat alarms and a Co2 monitor.  These are tested once a month, and a record of the tests are kept for anyone to see.  In the event that any alarm becomes faulty due to low battery or any other reason, then this will be sorted immediately. I also have a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. The main fire escape exit is down the stairs and out of the front door.
